K-FACTORY 3D EXHAUST SERIES（DIABLO-S、QUATTRO）"Semi-order system"( The first and new method of a muffler industry: The build-to-order) is adopted. The muffler produced with a skilled workman and the latest technology can make you choose the combination of the finish of the exhaust pipe and the silencer. So that you can pursue your favorite sound, styling and even the performance characteristic can be chosen freely.

Diabro S Introduce of Semi order system

１. Choose muffler type
You can choose from following types, please confirm the setting of each model.

SD	Standard model（Oil、Element、Tandem etc. can be available）
UP	Up type model
SD-T	Standard model＋Titanium silencer stay is attached.
SD-P	Standard model＋Genuine Pannier can be used.
SP	Slip on model
SP-P	Slip on model＋Genuine Pannier can be used.
SD-E	It is a type that improved standard model and increased angle of bank. 　Element cannot be used.
SDB	It is a type that enables installation of additional Big radiator.
S	Big radiator、Element can be used.
SD-UP	SD Up type model　Tandem step can be available（GPZ900R SD-UP cannot be used).
SDB-UP	SD-B Up type model　Tandem step can be available
S-UP	S Up type model　Tandem step can be available
PT	「PURE TITANIUM」No processing
SS	Starting Silver
SBL	Starting Blue
SG	Starting Gold

2.Choose the finish of Exhaust pipe
Exhaust pipe finished up in high accuracy by 3D vender. It is Full Titanium in case of Diablo S.
You can choose not only Muffler type but also the finish of Exhaust pipe.
The skilled worker processes the heat processing that finishes in blue & Gold by one and one hand work.
Therefore, we will refuse specification of the color tone or the color range etc.

3.Choose the surface of Silencer
Street special model "Diablo S" that derives from "Diablo" which is limited specification for race.
Regarding Silencer, you can choose the type, Oval or Round. Also each variation of heat color can be chosen.（As exhaust pipe, the tone and the range of color cannot be specified.）
※There is no additional processing fee.

Quattro introduction of semi order system

１.Choose the muffler type
Confirm the setting of each model with following Type list.

SD	Standard model（Oil, Element and Tandem step can be available.）
UP	Up type model
SD-T	Standard model＋Titanium Silencer stay is attached.
SD-P	Standard model＋Genuine Pnnier can be used.
SP	Slip on model
SP-P	Slip on model＋Genuine Pannier can be used.
SD-E	It is a type that adds improvement to standard model, and increases angle of bank. Element cannot be used.
SDB	Additional Big radiator can be installed
S	Big radiator, Element can be used.
SD-UP	Up type model of SD　Tandem step can be available（GPZ900R SD-UP cannot be used).
SDB-UP	Up type model of SD-B　Tandem step can be available
S-UP	Up type model of S　Tandem step can be available
PT	「PURE TITANIUM」No processing
SS	Starting Silver
SBL	Starting Blue
SG	Starting Gold

2. Choose the material and the finish of 3D Exhaust pipe
Your favorite type can be chosen in "Quattro" according to not only the finish but also various materials and shape.
Regarding Exhaust pipe, you can chose Titanium or Stainless. Also the finish can be chose from No processing, Mirror finish, Blue＆Gold heat processing（although, for Stainless Exhause pipe, Mirror finish only).

3. Choose the material of Silencer
Silencer material can be chosen from Titanium、Stainless、Carbon Kevlar、Carbon、Aluminum Color. The tone is different depending on the material. Titanium, hard material, makes high tone, Aluminum, soft material, makes soft tone. You can choose your favor of the look and the riding taste.

3. Choose the size of Silencer
Each of the inside diameter, the outside diameter and the length of Silencer can be chosen.
It can suit your taste, although depending on the size the volume and the riding tase are different.
For instance, the inside diameter (also it is depending on the model), please think that standard is a volume about 98db, in racing that exceeds 100db.

4.Choose the shape of Tale and the hear color
The tail end of the silencer can be chosen from a fine quality curl type and a virile straight type.
Also, the heat color variation can choose the combination of finish in foot and the tail.
（The tone or the range of the heat color cannnot be specified.)
